Important - Please read carefully: This z7 Web Annual End-User License
Agreement ("AEULA") is a legal agreement between you (either
an individual or single entity) and z7 Web for the zTech Software Program
Unlimited Site License Version 1.0 accompanying this AEULA, which includes
computer software and may include "online" documentation.
By installing, copying or otherwise using zTech, you agree to be bound
by the terms of this AEULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this
AEULA, do not install, copy, or otherwise use zTech.
zTech ZUSL V 1.0 Software License
zTech is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. zTech is licensed,
not sold. NOTE: The terms of a printed, paper AEULA which may accompany
zTech supersede the terms on any on-screen AEULA found within zTech.
1. License to Use zTech
a. The zTech Unlimited Site License (ZUSL V 1.0) gives a single
entity which is a school, a business, a corporation or any establishment
that is not an "individual" and who actually purchased zTech
from z7 Web permission to install zTech on any computer at the entities
specific place of business. If an entity has more than one location
then a separate ZUSL V 1.0 must be purchased for each additional site.
b. ZUSL V 1.0 allows only individuals who are daily directly
affiliated with the entity the permission to use zTech. It does not
include outside entities or individuals.
c. There is no limit on the number of individuals who can use
zTech at the computer(s) of the entity purchasing the license agreement
as long as they are daily directly affiliated with the entity.
d. The ZUSL V 1.0 is an "Annual License Agreement"
that must be renewed yearly from the exact date of purchase. If an entity
chooses not to renew the Annual License Agreement they must uninstall
zTech immediately from all computers and return the original zTech install
CD-Rom. Violation of this agreement will result in severe criminal penalties.
z7 Web will make a point to verify that zTech has been uninstalled from
every computer from any entity who chooses not renew the Annual License
Agreement.
e. Remember that this is only a license to use zTech annually.
It does not mean the purchasing entity "owns" zTech. z7 Web
is merely selling a "license" or permission to use zTech according
to this agreement.
f. An entity cannot purchase the ZSL V 1.0 because that agreement
is strictly for individuals only to install one copy of zTech on their
personal computer. It is a Single License that states only the individual
who purchased the ZSL V 1.0 can use zTech and it can only be installed
on one computer. An entity as defined above, cannot use the ZSL V 1.0
in any way shape or form especially as a ZUSL V 1.0. If z7 Web finds
such gross misuse of license agreements then severe civil and criminal
penalties will result.
g. z7 Web will provide this entity with any upgrades within
the first year or purchase at no additional charge in the event zTech
is upgraded.
h. This contract and all of its contents are strictly confidential
with the entity purchasing this license agreement and may not be discussed
with any one outside of the contacts who were involved with the purchasing
of this license agreement.
i. z7 Web will not be responsible for any computer problems or
damage that zTech may cause to any computers, servers or networks that
zTech is installed on. The purchasing entity will take full responsibility
in the event this were to happen.

This is a binding legal agreement between z7 Web and the Entity/Individual
whose name is on this contract.
