zTech Single License Agreement (ZSL V 1.0)
z7 Web zTech
Version ZSL V 1.0
Licenses: 1 ZSL V 1.0
End-User zTech Single License Agreement for z7 Web Software
z7 Web zTech ZSL Version 1.0
Important - Please read carefully: This z7 Web End-User License
Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual)
and z7 Web for the zTech Software Program Single License Version 1.0
accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and may include
"online" documentation. By installing, copying or otherwise
using zTech, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you
do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or otherwise
use zTech.
zTech ZSL V 1.0 Software License
zTech is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. zTech is licensed,
not sold. NOTE: The terms of a printed, paper EULA which may accompany
zTech supersede the terms on any on-screen EULA found within zTech.
1. License to Use zTech
a. The zTech Single License (ZSL V 1.0) gives an individual who
actually purchased zTech from z7 Web permission to install zTech on
one personal computer only.
b. ZSL V 1.0 allows only the individual who actually purchased
the ZSL V 1.0 permission to use zTech on the single computer on which
zTech was installed. No one else has permission to use zTech.
c. Remember that this is only a single license to use zTech.
It does not mean the individual who purchased the ZSL V 1.0 "owns"
zTech. z7 Web is merely selling a single "license" or permission
to use zTech according to this agreement.
d. An entity cannot purchase the ZSL V 1.0 because that agreement
is strictly for individuals only to install one copy of zTech on their
personal computer. It is a Single License that states only the individual
who purchased the ZSL V 1.0 can use zTech and it can only be installed
on one computer. An entity (which is a school, a business, a corporation
or any establishment that is not an "individual"), cannot
use the ZSL V 1.0 in any way shape or form especially as a ZUSL V 1.0.
If z7 Web finds such gross misuse of license agreements then severe
civil and criminal penalties will result.
This is a binding legal agreement between z7 Web and the Individual
whose purchased a ZSL V 1.0 copy of zTech.
